| At present,there is still adopting traditional munual work to assemble the critical parts of servo-mechanisms.It is worthwhile to note that sealing structures are vulnerable among the assembly.Quality is guaranted by experience and follow-up test,fit parameters can’t quantified and the present assembly body frame is simply equipped.Therefore,conducted a study on the automatic assembly technology of the key components of servo-mechanisms.Firstly,this paper analysed and concluded assembly technique and automatic assembly technology of the key components of servo-mechanisms.Then,abstracted research contents and concluded the overall plan.To meet with the precision index,analyzed and checked precision of the equipment.There came a conclusion that the equipment can finish the assembly of the critical parts of servo-mechanisms smoothly.Secondly,a method for setting up prediction model of assembly force of seal structure is proposed to deal with the problem that main parts of servo-mechanisms which contains sealing structure can’t judge assembly quality timely.Establish a prediction model of assembly force,and then analyze essential elements of assembly force in detail.Finally an envelope range of the assembly force-path is obtained which can provide criterion to judge the assembly quality of seal structure.Thiedly,a 3D force sensor was fixed up on the fixture of the assembly facility,and a study was conducted to achieve a fixture with intelligent function that can feel and judge the assembly conditions from the received force data.Analysed several plan and carried out the theoretical mechanics analysis of the choosed plan.Then concluded the force mathematical model of area the workpiece contacted with fixture.Finally,dilated how the general assembly equipment designed,sketched how the equipment works and accounted the details about the critical parts of the equipment and systematic measurement project and control programme.On this basis,To define the parameter of prediction model and to concluded the feature of force curves received by 3D force sensor with different fit parameters,several tests is conducted. |
