A Study On Detection Method Of Ladle Slag And Slag Equipment

In recent years,it affected by the downward pressure on the economy,the iron and steel industry profits continue to decline,and the low quality steel widespread loss of added value of high quality steel and steel enterprises in hot pursuit.In the process of converter steelmaking,and by controlling the quality is the precondition to guarantee the quality of steel.Each link in the converter steelmaking process must be strictly controlled to enter the next process.The purpose of this project is to enter the content of steel slag ladle in reducing converter tapping process.The infrared thermal image recognition and detectioned principle is to use the heat radiation coefficient of steel and steel slag to identify the different slag.The structure,surface features and temperature of an object determines the amount of infrared radiation.This subject is mainly on the video image processing technology and automatic control of combining,the acquisition of images of the scene information processed by the computer and target extraction of ladle injection flow were analyzed.The slag detection system based on image processing can accurately determine the slag point and drive the slag equipment to work.It can be obtained that good steel can be obtained by accurate judgment,and the comprehensive utilization of steel slag can not only reduce the cost,but also protect the environment.The slag rolling process was simulated,and the law of roll slag and its influencing factors were obtained.Because of the infrared thermal imaging system is a twodimensional image,the steel slag content can not reflect the real content of steel slag in the plane,so the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the relationship between the surface content of steel slag and the steel slag in this paper.The stability of slag is also one of the factors that affect the reliability of the slag.I have used the steel mill in two kinds of slag plug with suspension and ground track type,this paper compares the two kinds of equipment,and emphatically introduces the ground track type to stop slag plug.After the actual running,it shows that the system can effectively detect converter steel slag,the ground track type retaining slag dispenser for reliable delivery of slag blocking stopper.
