| With the improvement of industry automation,high efficiency,low cost and energy conservation,environmental protection became the subject development.Hot straightening machine in the plate mill roll factory of the lubrication system affects the normal operation of the hot plate leveler,and the stand or fall of its roll system bearing platen not only in a direct impact on the quality of the products but also the production efficiency,to be able to take an advanced high efficiency,low energy consumption and environmental protection of lubrication system is a trend of current metallurgical industry competition.This paper raise oil-air lubrication solution,analysis and design the oil-air lubricating system.The line of An Gang 5500 mm thick plate hot plate leveler backup roll frequent fault analysis,by comparing the way such as glycerin,thin oil lubrication.First is the analysis of the hot leveler straightening principle,this paper introduces the leveler roll system bearing,the working condition for the leveler roll system,especially the optimal scheme of backup roll using spherical roller bearing;Secondly,on the basis of elastic fluid dynamics lubrication theory of oil and gas,analyzed the lubrication system of the important parameters of lubricating oil type,oil and compressed air pressure on the roller bearing oil film thickness and the influence of oil film speed,and on the lubrication of the whole system structure design,including the system of fuel consumption,air consumption,the pressure of the system and monitoring parameters,lubrication cycle time,as well as the transmission line and design of electrical control and monitoring system,etc.Finally,put forward in the practical application of the lubrication system of oil and gas pipeline set unreasonable and the defects of bearing structure was improved,reducing hot straightening machine roller bearing damage,prolong the service life,stability for hot straightening machine equipment,production lay a solid foundation. |
