With the iron and steel industry in BOF equipment to large-scale development,the energy consumption of the traditional wet cleaning system using a dust removal system in most domestic steelmaking converter is high,heavy pollution and other shortcomings have gradually emerged,especially in recent years,haze pollution,iron and steel smelting industry and environmental protection pressure is also growing,so in this paper a dust Anshan the joint-stock company 6# converter steelmaking plant problems were analyzed,to find a solution that provides the experience for the transformation of other similar dust removing equipment.This paper first analyzes the 6# converter primary dedusting system status and problems,based on smelting parameters,dedusting equipment parameters of the theoretical calculation to find the original dust removal system of furnace flue gas overflow,a fan impeller frequent replacement and discharging from the non-compliance reasons,then through the analysis of the principle to determine the dust,the improvement method is proposed the reform scheme.A coarse dust removal equipment overflow type paper type dedusting system of original pipe into a spray scrubber,for reducing dust resistance loss,improve the effect of energy saving equipment.The two stage fine dedusting equipment RD valve of Venturi tube to annular venturi tube,and increase the micro-differential pressure regulating function,according to the the smelting intensity of real-time adjustment of flue gas flow rate,gas flow rate stability of Venturi tube throat,solves the mouth gas spillover and efflux of flue gas is not up to the problem.Dust on the key equipment of spray scrubber and annular venturi,to mesh the computational domain by using the Gambit software,using Fluent analysis software on the internal gas liquid solid three-phase complex flow problems,the establishment of the corresponding mathematical model,the model of velocity field,temperature field simulation and optimization,the dust removal equipment modification success is guaranteed.
