In recent years,with the increase of mining depth,coal mining begin to turn into the deep,due to the high temperature,high karst water pressure,the structure and the basic characteristics begin to change fundamentally of the deep rock mass.Thus a large number of roadway surrounding rock which is difficult to control is emerging,which contains the high stress soft rock roadway buried in the deep part,soft broken rock roadway,roadway tunnel affected by strong mining pressure.The Linnancang mine-850 level return air shaft and the the high stress soft rock roadway and chamber group between the leather belt slope as the main research object,analyzing and researching the high stress environment,special lithology,layered structure of surrounding rock,and space position and structure of the chamber group and so on.By using the method of microscopic analysis,physical mechanics experiment and theoretical calculation,mastering the physical and mechanical properties of typical surrounding rock of the soft rock roadway with high stress at-850 level.Determining the plastic zone thickness of 5 kinds of roadway under the condition of saturated water and without water by the SALENCON formula based on the shear and expansion effect,we put forward the optimization method of the super large section roadway staggered arrangement,small cross section cross transition and other approaches to reduce the approach disturbance.Carrying out the stability evaluation by using numerical simulation software of ANSYS and FLAC3 D.Constructing4 types model of complex cross regional group-850 inclined roadway and chamber.Innovating the soft rock treatment technology of horseshoe shaped shallow arch bottom girder bracket,the anchor solid shed,double shed wall after filling,double cloth reinforcement section casting.Forming the deformation control technology of "optimization + improvement + feedback".By carrying out the design of supporting technology and the overall optimization of supporting parameters,ensuring the technical requirements of the economic and reasonable,construction cycle safety and orderly,lane tunnel stability.Providing comprehensive theoretical support and technical guidance for the construction of soft rock roadway and chamber group in deep area and guidance for the design of the space,layer and support parameters of the roadway.It provides reference for the stability control of surrounding rock of soft rock roadway with the similar geological conditions.
