The water treatment technology level of the rural areas of China is low by the limit of the economic development and natural conditions.To find a suitable,low cost,simple operation technology for rural water treatment is urgently needed.The research attempt to make the traditional biological trickling filter better and study the influence factors,improve its oxygen shortage,the poor nitrogen and phosphorus effect and other shortcomings.The optimum operating parameters such as hydraulic load,volume load,anoxic section setting,device series connection and increase return flow are determined respectively.The results show that the optimum hydraulic load is 1.7 ~ 3.4 m3/(m2·d)in the range of 1.7 ~ 8.4 m3/(m2·d);in the 0.7~2.2 kg/(m3·d)COD volume load range,the comprehensive removal rate is high in the range of 1.62~2.0 kg/(m3·d);after the three sections of the biological trickling filter are closed,it is concluded that when the second stage is the hypoxic stage,the comprehensive removal rate reaches the highest;the removal rate of NH3-N is improved after the device is studied in series;after the addition of small brick filter device and small sedimentation tank device,the TP removal rate increases significantly;after the study of different reflux ratio,the highest reflux ratio is 80%~90%.In conclusion,the influence factors of new biological trickling filter are transferred to the optimum condition,the removal effect is significantly higher than the normal biological trickling filter,and meet the requirements of rural water treatment technology.The new biological trickling filter application prospect is very broad in rural areas.
