Grinding production is the key to the production process of the concentrator.The level of grinding automation is directly related to the production capacity and economic benefits of the whole concentrator.However,the information is seriously disjointed among these modular devices,and good interaction cannot be achieved.The mass production information only remains in the automation system,which cannot be quickly passed to the information management system in time and makes the automation systems and information management systems out of line.These bring a huge obstacle to the production plant management,information collection,and production scheduling.In order to avoid the information island phenomenon,it is very important to integrate the grinding automation system and the information system together.This paper,studies the integration technology and method of automation system and information system which are widely used at present and designs the grinding automation and information integration program.The realization method of serial communication in lower computer,host computer and supervisory computer is expatiated.The integration method of Win CC and supervisory system is introduced emphatically.One is to write serial port program in the global script to achieve communication with the regulatory system directly in VBS language in Win CC.The other is to use Visual Studio 2010 to design the OPC client.It is used the C # language prepared by the OPC client code to achieve the Win CC server data acquisition.The OPC client is embedded in the configuration software to write serial procedures in the OPC client,and then serial communication is used to achieve automation and information integration.Finally,different system integration methods are tested in a concentrator in Chengde to verify the feasibility.The methods discussed in this paper can be directly used in industrial automation and information integration.
