The type of YING 13 area oil reservoir is stratified structure reservoir.This area has some obvious features,such as low per well producing rate,just 1.2t/d,low degree of reserve recovery,heavy crude oil reservoir,supported by natural energy,but the distribution of energy is unbalanced,the water content ratio rose too fast,without obvious water free oil production period,the phenomenon of cusping is serious.With the problem existed in the process of development,this study analyses the best well completion system of thermal horizontal well,the problem of water shut-off which affected by edge-basal ground water,the problem of crude oil visbreaking with low fluid production force and the possibility of thermal well in this area.According to this research,it aims to form one matching technology which suit the heavy oil development,promote the exploitation effort and provide reference for other similar oil reservoir development.By a series of theoretical research,it can be concluded that:due to the reservoir features of YING 13 area,Considering all kinds of well completion method’s advantages,Improving the economic adaptability of the process,Recommending the compound completion method of half casing and half screen;Selecting the suitable foam system for edge-bottom water reservoir water shutoff in this area,Putting forward the reasonable injection parameters;Optimizing temperature-sensitive gel system that gelling temperature in 60-80 degrees Celsius,and the highest heat resistance of 160 degrees Celsius;Aimed at without edge-bottom water’s influence,low fluid ability of heavy oil wells,selecting the water-soluble self diffusion system with viscosity of 600 mg/kg,it can make the viscosity reduce to 300 mpa/s.According to the reservoir characteristics of experiment block,comparing the selection standard of thermal recovery,etc.,determining the feasibility of vertical wells for thermal recovery,and optimizing the process parameters on the basis of feasibility.
