Generally low permeability reservoir has non-darcy seepage characteristics and its water flooding development effect is not good.At present the mainly technology have massive fracturing elastic development, short well spacing injection,CO2 displacement and staged fracturing horizontal wells. But because of the influence with formation conditions, gas source and process etc,the development effect is bad.Straight wells' huge fracturing provides a new way for the efficient development of low permeability reservoirs. The optimization to well pattern, well spacing and water injection parameter are not enough now.Aiming at these problems, this paper do some research to well pattern and water injection parameters. It has important theoretical and practical significance to improve reserves producing rate and recovery ratio. In this article the domestic and foreign well pattern deployment and waterflood development of low permeability reservoirs were summarized. On the basis of the actual reservoir static data, under the different permeability range,by comprehensive using reservoir engineering method, numerical simulation technology, statistical methods, methods of economic evaluation, this paper has done some optimizing design from the producer-injector spacing, the fracturing parameters, water injection development. The best well pattern is staggered well pattern.Under three different permeability, the best well array spacings are 170 m,200m,300m;the best well spacings are 500m;the best water well penetration ratios are 0.34,0.25,0.18;the best oil well penetration ratios are 0.35,0.2,0.18;the best fracture conductivity are 15~25,20~40,40~60?m2.cm.Aiming at the target reservoir, the waterflood timing is the time when reservoir pressure is greater than 90% of initial one.The reasonable injection production pressure difference is 24 MPa.The best fluid production rate is 2%.The best injection-production ratio is 1.0.
