The traditional method of pipe processing for land rig is manual operation which leads to hard labor intensity and low security.Since accidents are more likely to happen,the traditional method can not meet the requirements any more.With the development of rig automation,automatic pipe processing system arisen.Automatic pipe processing system can realize the integrated operation from the ground yard pipe transferring to the entire drilling process which means the labor workers only need to do some auxiliary work.In order to reduce the labor intensity and expand the safe working scope,a new automatic pipe processing system is designed for land rig of China.The system can improve the fluency of drilling operation.Analyzing the existing automatic processing scheme,the system solution is formed.Considering the work space and the actual operability,the equipment for the platform is designed as a bridge frame mechanism.The equipment for the drill floor is designed as a mechanical arm racking mechanism.And the transferring system is designed as a structure of integrative energy saving type.Cooperated by other drill components,the system can imitate the original manual operation mode.Use the 3D design software to complete the detail design of each unit.Structure interference and motion analysis of the assembly is done to ensure the rationality of structure design.Determine the institutions' workflow and trajectory according to the actual rig structure and system scheme.Use the Motion components to make the kinematics and dynamics analysis of each trajectory,ensuring the rationality of the trajectory.Make the strength and stability check according to the dynamics analysis result.Improve the structure of key components.Design the hydraulic circuit of the system.Make the analysis and calculation of hydraulic components resulting from the kinematics and dynamic simulation analysis data.Validate the rationality of the hydraulic system and complete the selection of the hydraulic components.Eventually,achieve the unification implementation of mechanical structure design,kinematics and dynamics analysis and hydraulic system support.Complete a integrated and feasible automatic pipe processing system.
