At present,with the continuous exploitation,some oil fields have been moved into the "EOR" stage.Affected by "EOR" technology,the water content of crude oil is keeping rising,so are the amounts of demulsifier and high polymer,which have grately increased the difficulty of crude oil dehydration process.The existing three-phase separator has been unable to effectively solve the problem of high water content of crude oil.The phenomenon of "Falling Electric Field" is easy to occur in conventional electric dehydrator,which has been unstable while working.There is an urgent need of new dehydration technology.Therefore,the development of a wide application range,good effects of dehydration and high operational stability separator has great significance.In order to solve the problem of dehydration on oil field,a high-frequency electric coalescing oil gas and water three-phase flow separator is designed in the thesis.The separator of this kind smartly combines the traditional three-phase separator with electric dehydrator together and uses a high frequency square wave dehydration power.The separator belongs to a "triple play" three-phase flow separator that has such functions as cyclone separation,gravitational settling separation,separation of power off at simultaneous.In order to analyze the effect of separator and optimize the design of tank structure,The FLUENT software is used to simulate the internal flow field of separation tube,separator tank and coalescence fillers.The simulation results of separation tube show that the crude oil forms a hydrocyclone separation in separation tube and 98% of gas has been separated out.Along with the incease of handing capacity,swirl motion is more easily to occur,while the separation effect becomes worse.When the handing capacity is less than 0.8 times of design capacity,crude oil can not form a cyclone separation in separation tube.The simulation results of separator tank show that the crude oil which contains 95% water produces separation,the water content of crude oil is less than 10% after the separation.The hoard oil phenomenon can be eliminated by using arc weir plate instead of angle joint.The simulation results of coalescence fillers show that the influence on separator internal flow field varies with the structural parameters of coalescence fillers.Flow field of the coalescence fillers with an 30 degree bending angle and triangle shape is more ideal than that of other structural parameters coalescence fillers.Finally,there are some static and dynamic electric dehydration experiments at the end of the thesis.According to the actual production environment,the experiments are conducted on the devices which designed by myself.The study results of experiments show that the optimum temperature of dehydration should not be less than the turning point temperature of crude oil viscosity temperature curve,and the effect of temperature on the dehydration is more obvious than that of dehydration time.
