| The unconventional heavy oil,as a substitute for conventional resources, its utilization value is getting more and more attention. However, the studies on thermal reaction performance of the unconventional oil are still rarely. The thermal performance about tar sand, catalytic slurry oil and Karamay ultra heavy oil has been evaluated,by using the heavy oil thermal evaluation instrument,so as to provide effective experimental data for the practical production. The experiment investigates the coking tendency, maximum degree of cracking and stability of residue oil of the tar sands. The result shows that the coking factor of Tar sands is between 0.68~1.8%,its coking tendency is small. The maximum degree of cracking is between 40%~45%.The residual oil shows instability on the condition of 430℃-40 min and 450℃-10 min.The major reaction product are heavy oil, diesel oil production rate increased gradually with depth of cracking reaction, but wax oil production firstly increased and then decreased. The lumped thermal model has been established. It is difficult to use parallel sequential model to simulate the reaction mechanism, because the products have participated in secondary reaction. The model needs to be revised. The experiment investigates the coking tendency of the catalytic slurry oil, analysis the product changes with the time and the lumped thermal model is established. The results show that the coking factor of catalytic slurry oil is in the range of 5~13%,its coking tendency is high.Low reactivity and liquid yield, wax oil is the main liquid product. The lumped thermal model is established, the deviation predicted by the total pyrolysis reaction model is small, but each component model is large. The experiment investigates the coking tendency and cracking difficulty level of the kelamayi ultra heavy oil.The result shows that the coking factor is in the range of 5~10%,the coking tendency is moderate. The method of evaluate cracking difficulty level indicates that pyrolysis reaction of kelamayi ultra heavy oil is difficult to occur. The evaluation has made based on the above experiments, considering that coking tendency of tar sands is low,has high liquid yield and it is suitable as raw materials for the cracking.Catalytic slurry oil’s coking tendency is serious, the liquid yield is low,it is not suitable as raw materials for the cracking alone.Karamay oils belong to the samples whose coking tendency is moderate, but cracking is difficult to occur,as raw materials for the cracking should be appropriate to improve cracking depth. |
