This study is based on the desulfurization and denitrification bacteria under anaerobic conditions using sulfide as electron donor through the metabolic activities of the conversion of nitrate to nitrite and produce elemental sulfur,and in the metabolic activity of anaerobic ammonia oxidation bacteria,ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen is transformed to the physiological characteristics of nitrogen using upflow anaerobic sludge bed reactor?UASB?,synergy through the desulfurization and denitrification bacteria and anaerobic ammonia oxidation?ANAMMOX?bacteria,sulfide and nitrate and ammonia,and the simultaneous removal with elemental sulfur accumulation,provide new ideas for the development of inorganic wastewater treatment technology containing sulfur containing nitrogen.The feasibility of simultaneous desulfurization denitrification anaerobic ammonium oxidation under different conditions was investigated via continuous-flow tests.Experimental results show that Hydraulic retention time?HRT?of 12 h,temperature of 30±2 ? and influent pH of 7.5,the removal rates were up to 97%,92% and 99% for ammonia,nitrate and sulfide at influence concentrations of 22-35 mgN/L,22-35 mgN/L and 50-90mgS/L.The removal of sulfide mainly exists in the form of elemental sulfur,elemental sulfur conversion rate of more than 89%.On the basis of feasibility study,the key factors that the denitrification process and denitrification anaerobic ammonium oxidation process was investigate,such as S2-/NO3--N?N/M?,HRT and matrix concentration.The results showed that: the effect of sulfur and nitrogen ratio on the process efficiency significantly,sulfur and nitrogen removal of salt and ammonia nitrate best sulfide,removal efficiency and good sulfur production effect than can be obtained when 9/8;HRT changes to the reactor operation efficiency and is not greatly affected,when HRT is shortened to 6h,sulfide,nitrate and ammonia nitrogen removal rate could reach 92% or more;with the influent substrate concentration increased,sulfide,nitrate and ammonia nitrogen removal rate gradually decreased,The treaction system would be paralyzed if the sulfide influent concentration is 160mg/L and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen suddenly dropped to 70%.Through the analysis of high-throughput sequencing method,respectively,in the door,at the genus level analysis of microbial diversity,results showed that: in different water phase,dominant bacteria colony in different water conditions,with the changes of the bacterial community,the proportion of change;anaerobic ammonia oxidation bacteria accounted for in the phase ratio is only about 0.3%,but the nitrogen removal rate reached over 70%.
