Due to the frequent occurrence of dangerous chemical transport accidents,people’s lives and the natural environment caused a serious threat.Therefore,development and implementation of a real-time condition monitoring system of transportation equipment of hazardous chemicals is a matter of great significance.The thesis brings forward to the software design and implementation of a detector in monitoring system on hazardous chemical transportation,which was used in tank container on LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas)and LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas).The thesis mainly undertook the following tasks.(1)The thesis analyzed functional requirements of the system,developed a software for the detector in monitoring system on hazardous chemicals transportation,present the general structure and the implementation of function module of the detector software,and studied the anti-interference software technology.The outcomes of debugging indicate that this design meets system demands.(2)The sensors’ characteristics of the monitoring system on hazardous chemicals transportation are investigated.The theory of multi-sensors data fusion based on Dempster-Shafer Evidential Reasoning is studied.The data fusion structure in the detector is set up.The Dempster-Shafer Evidential Reasoning is applied to the monitoring system on hazardous chemicals transportation.These researches provide further study foundation of theory and experiment in improving system diagnosis accuracy and reliability.(3)Data communication protocol of the detector to the vehicle terminal is designed.Communication security technique is introduced.Symmetric encryption DES(data encryption standard,DES)algorithm is also studied and the algorithm is implemented by using the standard C language.The outcomes in the actual application tests indicate that this algorithm is effective and is able to ensure communication security.The monitoring system was installed and tested in LPG and LNG tank container provided by China International Marine Containers(Group)Ltd(CIMC).The road tests during 3 months including various roads was completed to validate stability and reliability of the system.It is shown that the system realizes the basic functions needed in the hazardous chemical tank container.The system provides a better solution for the monitoring of the transport status of dangerous goods.It can monitor and track the transportation process of hazardous chemicals by means of technical means,so as to avoid and reduce the occurrence of accidents and make the dangerous goods safe and reliable.
