| Moisture content is not only an important physical and chemical indicator of the quality of milk powder,but also has important economic value.Moisture control low,quality has safeguard relatively,milk powder agglomeration and deterioration can effectively avoid,but not the lower the better,too low easy to cause the oxidation of milk powder,but also affect the economic interests of enterprises;moisture control high,is conducive to improve the rate of milk powder and short-term economic benefits,but it is prone to the quality accidents.Milk powder production process can be generally divided into preprocessing,three-way concentration,spray drying,fluidized bed drying,metering and packing and other processes,which affect milk moisture factor many,to stabilize the moisture control is always a dusting of enterprises is a major problem.In this paper,the author worked in Wuzhong base of W Group,responsible for milk powder production and operation,used the uniform design for the improvement of milk powder moisture.There are five factors in the process of milk production: concentrated milk concentration,inlet air temperature and exhaust temperature,first fluidized bed temperature,second fluidized bed temperature;every factor has six levels.The author using U6(65)uniform table carefully designed test plan,and put into actual production,then used multiple regression analysis to establish a mathematical model of moisture control,thus effectively improved the quality of milk powder and has achieved obvious economic value.Combined with the milk powder moisture control and improvement ideas and solutions and moisture control mathematical model of empirical research,the methods to solve the problems mentioned above is applied to the milk powder production practice,not only can further enhance the profitability of enterprises,but also to improve the quality of milk powder!... |
