| Hydrogel is a special soft and wet material,with a three-dimensional network structure,can absorb a lot of water,water hydrogel is a special soft and wet material,with a three-dimensional network structure,can absorb a lot of water,can swell but Insoluble,with excellent water retention,and biocompatibility,so in agricultural production,medical research and other fields have a wide range of applications.However,due to the poor performance of the traditional hydrogel itself,especially the mechanical properties,so the application of hydrogels in many ways by a lot of restrictions.There are many ways to improve the properties of hydrogels,such as dual-network hydrogels,topological hydrogels,hydrophobic associative hydrogels,and the like.In addition,nano-particle hydrogels are also a better way to improve the properties of hydrogel,the nanoparticles can be prepared by adding hydrogel matrix hybrid hydrogel,and has good mechanical properties.The preparation method of nano-microspheres is simple,the particle size and distribution are easy to control and the surface can be modified by functionalization,which can give the special function of hydrogel.The surface-functionalized organic nanoparticles can be filled into the hydrogel network to prepare hybrid hydrogels with special functions and good mechanical properties.In this paper,organic nano-microspheres with a large amount of negative charge on the surface were prepared.The organic microspheres were prepared by mixing the water-soluble monomer with the water-soluble monomer,and the properties were tested.The main contents include three parts.First,in order to prepare styrene nanoparticles microspheres with high charge density,styrene(St)and sodium styrene sulfonate(NaSS)were used as reaction monomers,and the surface with high charge density was prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization.(N-PS)with negatively charged monodisperse polystyrene nanospheres(FT-IR),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),laser particle size analyzer(DLS)The microspheres were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the surface charge of the microspheres was measured by conductivity titer.The surface charge of the microspheres was 11.046μC / cm2.In the second step,the PAAm / n-PS hybrid hydrogel was prepared by adding n-PS nanometer microspheres prepared in the above step to a certain amount of acrylamide(AAm)aqueous solution containing initiator and crosslinking agent.Compared with pure chemical crosslinked PAAm hydrogel,the mechanical properties of hybrid hydrogel were improved slightly.The tensile strength of the hybrid hydrogel containing 16% microspheres was increased by 200% and the elongation was increased by 100%.The swelling experiment and the reciprocating tensile test showed that there was interaction between the PAAm chain and the n-PS.Thirdly,the Methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC)was introduced into the hybrid hydrogel system to prepare P(AAm-DMC)/ n-PS hybrid hydration glue.The mechanical properties of hydrogels are obviously improved.Compared with pure chemical crosslinked hydrogel P(AAm-DMC),the tensile properties and initial modulus of P(AAm-DMC)/ n-PS hybrid hydrogel were obviously improved.The tensile strength increased by about 800%.The swelling experiment showed that the swelling of the hybrid hydrogel showed that the P(AAm-DMC)/ n-PS hydrogel existed positive and negative charge of the n-PS microspheres and the DMC chain The role of mutual attraction. |
