With the rapid development of national economy in our country,as energy and basic materials,petroleum product has become an important pillar of the industry.The nature of petroleum has been more and more concerned for people,the flash point of petroleum product is the most important index in safety aspect,so the measurement accuracy is particularly important.Because the relatively earlier development of petroleum industry,most of flash point determination instruments are manually,so it required operator had some experience,and operations were cumbersome,and wasted human resources.Although automatic flash point instrument occurred later,it can not meet the needs of flash point instrument.In order to solve the above problems,we design embedded flash point of petroleum product in lidded cup determination instruments application of advanced ARM technology,electronics technology,embedded technology and interface technology.The operator only need prepare the sample and achieve the automatic test of the flash point through better human-computer interface.We have developed embedded flash point determination system in lidded cup based on the experiment methods and operation procedures of the country standard GB261-83 and international standard IS02719-1988.According to determination standard requirement we incorporated the advantages of the prototype,for example the stirring and flame control and so on.The shortcomings of the prototype were greatly improved.The instrument in the qualitative respect,the speed and precision of the flash point determination are better than the prototype.The thesis achieves the hardware design and software application design of embedded flash point of petroleum product determination instruments.All determination and experiment processes of the whole instrument are controlled by the S3C44B0X microcomputer.Hardware circuit design include the crystal oscillator and reset circuit,power circuit,the memory interface circuit,LCD display and button circuit,printing the output circuit,temperature measurement and A/D data converting circuit,flash point of petroleum product determination circuit,movement control output circuit.In software aspect,transplant real-time operating system μC/OS Ⅱand design software application program,its development environment is based on the ADS 1.2 by ARM launched.The innovative point of this thesis is that the CPU control of the instrument from the original single-chip has been replaced by ARM,so great efforts have been made to the speed and precision of the flash point determination,at the same time,combined with temperature control system of the thesis,modified the integral part PID control algorithm is proposed in the temperature control algorithm,the integral gain constant is calculated through the simulation,so accuracy has been greatly improved than simple PID control.
