The electrical control system is one of the important components of mine shaft boring machine.The boring machine often works in the environment of high temperature,high pressure and strong electromagnetic interference.Such harsh working environment will affect the normal operation of the automatic control system of the boring machine.In order to ensure that the boring function in such a harsh environment to work properly,you need the electrical control system has a very high reliability and stability of the performance.In order to improve the production efficiency and improve the intelligent and automatic level of the boring machine,the electric control system is designed according to the working characteristics and functional requirements of the boring machine during the construction of the mine shaft.The system uses the S7-300 PLC as the control core.This thesis analyzes the PLC hardware composition and software realization process of the electrical control system in detail,and introduces the hydraulic control module,the cutterhead drive module,the human-computer interaction interface,the remote control system,the guiding module and the safety protection module.This paper analyzes the intelligence and security of the control system.At the same time,this paper presents a prognostics and health management(PHM)model for hydraulic system,which realizes the health management and fault prediction of the hydraulic system of the mine shaft boring machine.In order to provide the stability,reliability and anti-interference ability of the system,the system adopts the controller structure of the master and slave PLC.A bus connection is used between the controller and the peripheral to implement a distributed industrial fieldbus architecture.The support cylinder uses PID closed-loop control to ensure reliable support during the tunneling process.Use the communication cable to connect the remote operation station to realize the remote control and monitoring of the remote boring machine.Automatic tunneling and attitude correction module have improved the intelligent and automated level of mining equipment.Through the actual operation test,the system can complete the predetermined design requirements.The system has realized the mechanical rock breaking hole construction.The electrical control system has certain practical significance to improve the intelligentization,automation,improve the working environment and reduce the production cost.
