In the past,most of our country is mainly based on natural drying.With the development of science and technology,it has become the trend of social development to replace human labor with machines.Provide strong support for the emergence of food drying machine of the fast development of agriculture,and the liberation of labor and to be engaged in other social activities,and promoting the development of social productive forces,has laid a solid foundation for the rapid development of the society.5HSZ-R-12 type circulating grain dryer is a kind of circulating grain dryer,which is mainly used in the drying of corn,beans,grains and so on.In this paper,we take the problems encountered in practice as an example,and analyze the important parts in the transmission system of the 5HSZ-R-12 circulating grain dryer.This paper combines the most important of the six dragon,the impeller and the lower auger three parts of the structure design of grain drying machi ne transmission system,and the virtual prototype based on the finite element analysis,using 3D software Solidworks,the virtual prototype software ADAMS and ANSYS Workbench software,three dimensional model of the statics,dynamics and kinematics analysis and the main contents of the research includ e the following aspects:First of all,the development history and the domestic and foreign situation of the grain dryer are briefly understood,and the achievements and deficiencies of the current development of the grain dryer transmission system are mastered.Secondly,according to the data provided by the factory and the corresponding design manual,the paper designs the upper winding of the transmission system.The inherent mode and mode of vibration are analyzed,and the frequency range of resonance is found.According to the actual effect on the grain is changing with the time of the transient analysis,obtained the relationship between micro deformation and time of its occurrence,but also reflects the changes with time in the load change under the action of the components.Then,according to the information provided by the factory Solidworks established six impeller transmission system in the model using 3D software,and the model is introduced into the finite element software ANSYS Workbench were analyzed to check the stiffness and the strength and stability of static,then the virtual prototype simulation and analysis of rigid flexible coupling with ADAMS,avoid the occurrence of the vibration of large offset work.In order to find the six impeller fatigue failure occurred in the rated load under the action of the time,then we can take corresponding measures in before failure,to avoid damage,and introduced the fatigue analysis module,the fatigue analysis.Finally,for the optimization of the transmission system are in the lower auger,according to the optimization theory of ADAMS,cost savings,try to avoid the simple complicated principle,according to the provisions of the national standards,with the gradual optimization method,the optimization is carried out,and the optimization results were compared with ANSYS research.Workbench was calculated to study the modal and fatigue,found that the optimization results are the ideal,to verify the scientificity and reliability of structure optimization.
