With the development of social economy,increasing the utilization of water resources,unreasonable development of the river led to the continuous pollution of the river,further hinder the social and economic development,the concept of river health thus get more attention.Based on the study of the healthy development of rivers at home and abroad,combined with the river water quality data,the paper analyzes the riverbank condition and water quality assessment and water quality of the Inner Mongolia Yellow River in 2015 through field investigation and field monitoring in the Yellow River Inner Mongolia section.Simulation study,and put forward the Yellow River Inner Mongolia river health adaptability management strategy.The main results and contents are as follows:(1)Assessment of the river bank.According to the relevant norms,the Yellow River Inner Mongolia section was scientifically divided,and the stability of the riparian zone,the vegetation coverage and the artificial disturbance were taken as the survey indexes.17 monitoring points such as Shizuishan were selected for site reconnaissance and afforestation.Survey and remote sensing technology to monitor the vegetation coverage of the riparian zone.The results show that the situation of the riparian zone in the Inner Mongolia-Shanxi and the Tuyouqi are in a healthy state,and the remaining monitoring points are in Asia health status.(2)Water quality assessment methods.Taking the Yellow River Inner Mongolia as an example,the river health assessment guidelines and the single factor index method were used to evaluate the water quality.The results showed that the water quality evaluation based on the surface water quality standards could further determine the pollutant pollution factor and find out the pollution sources and pollution Substance is the perfect result of river river health assessment evaluation.This paper puts forward the guidelines of river health assessment in the application of river water quality evaluation.The river basin,ecology and other practical characteristics,the regional pollutant discharge and the economic and social background of the river basin,the evaluation index is further optimized,scientific and objective to the river water quality Evaluation,so as to further guide the development and utilization of rivers.(3)Complex water environment water quality prediction problem.Water environment system has a strong non-linear characteristics,the traditional linear water quality model can not fully reflect the water environment change process.Based on the Inner Mongolia of the Yellow River,a BP neural network model is constructed,and the water quality data of the downstream channel are predicted by the water quality data of the Bayangaole,Sanhuhekou and Zhaojunfen.The results show that BP neural network model can be applied to the prediction of water quality in Inner Mongolia reach,with an average relative error of 5.66% and high prediction accuracy,which can be used for reference for river water environment management,water quality monitoring and pollution control.(4)According to the results of the riverbank and the water quality assessment of the Inner Mongolia River in the Yellow River,it is proposed that the riverbank area should be scientifically delineated,the interference of human factors should be reduced,the ecosystem integrity of the riparian zone should be maintained,the pollution of the non-point source should be controlled,and the coastal area of the Inner Mongolia River agricultural farming.
