With the development of fully mechanized mining technology in thick coal seam and the continuous development of fully mechanized coal mining equipment, the research on the relationship between the support and surrounding rock in the fully mechanized coal mining face has become the focus of attention. In the case of fully mechanized coal mining in the thick seam, the mining area has large mining space, increasing of rock formation and the accident rate of stent crushing or stent damage in the working face. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the interaction between hydraulic support and roof.First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the mining behavior of fully mechanized coal mining face by means of field measurement and FLAC3D numerical simulation.Based on the observation of the mining pressure of 12401 large mining height fully mechanized coal mining face in Shangwan Mine,it can be seen that the pressure step is short under the condition of fully mechanized mining conditions with large mining height. The numerical simulation shows that the stress of the roof is obviously increase, the peak of the advance bearing pressure also increased.Secondly, through the combination of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation(UDEC),the mechanics model is established to study the rupture movement of the roof of fully mechanized longwall mining face.According to the slate theory, the mechanics model of the first break and the roof cycle breaking of the fully mechanized top coal caving roof is established respectively. The deflection surface equation of the corresponding model is deducedrespectively. The plane strain model is established by UDEC software,The fracture movement of the upper strata of the working face is simulated and analyzed. Then, based on the theoretical analysis of the interaction mechanism between the surrounding rock and the support and the actual measurement of the initial support force and the end-of-circulation resistance during the mining, the adaptability of the bracket-surrounding rock in the fully mechanized longwall mining face is studied. The analysis of the mechanism of the surrounding rock and the brackets includes the stiffness analysis of the brackets and the mechanical model of the brackets. The measured results show that the end of the hydraulic support has a linear relationship with the initial support force,The greater the resistance at the endFinally, this paper firstly analyzes the load characteristics of the high-rise and high-load,including the symmetrical concentrated load and the asymmetric concentrated load.Then,FLAC3D is used to create parts model and assemble the main parts of the hydraulic support.Finally,FLAC3D was used to optimize the stent structure.
