In the "digital mine" the development trend of the background,many coal enterprises on the information,digital,intelligent construction is very urgent.Especially with the fully mechanized coal mining face automation,intelligent innovation research results continue to emerge,many scholars and experts have put forward the digital,intelligent,unmanned mining face construction needs,to promote the traditional mining work Face production management is facing an urgent reform.Therefore,the digital mining,visualization and intelligent construction of fully mechanized coal mining face has become one of the important contents of digital mine research.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of 3D solid coal seam modeling methods and the application of traditional mining face production management information system,this paper is based on three-dimensional geological modeling technology,geostatistics,computational simulation technology,3D visualization technology,database management technology The field of special research theory and technology,design and development of a set of coal mine fully mechanized coal mining production process dynamic management information system.The system is based on AutoCAD 2007 platform,usingVisual LISP language and Microsoft Access 2007 database configuration in the CAD system comes with a complete integrated development environment(IDE)for secondary development.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)Based on the three-dimensional solid coal seam model of fully mechanized coal mining face,this paper puts forward a scheme to establish the dynamic management information system of production process of fully mechanized coal mining face according to the digitalization,visualization and intelligent construction of production management in coal mine.At the same time,according to the actual needs of coal mine fully mechanized mining face production management,the corresponding functional modules are designed and developed,and a dynamic management information system of fully mechanized coal mining face with clear structure,reasonable and efficient,"graph-library-map" Overall structural design.(2)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of a large number of three-dimensional geological modeling methods,the author puts forward a modeling method suitable for coal seam three-dimensional entities-based on AutoCAD platform TIN-GTP "lofting" modeling method,Coal seam model is automatically generated.At the same time,the dynamic characteristics of coal seam geological data are studied,and the dynamic correction of coal seam model in fully mechanized coal mining face is realized by dynamic correction algorithm of coal seam.(3)The characteristics of the coal mining process of the fully mechanized coal mining face are studied.The production process model of the fully mechanized coal mining face is established by using the implicit function cut algorithm and the improved adjacency sorting algorithm(including the model of coal mining)The At the same time,the data output of the coal wall profile model of fully mechanized coal mining face is completed.The real-time dynamic monitoring of the production of fully mechanized coal mining face can be realized by using the model of coal and coal as the calculation unit.(4)Based on the demonstration model of the coal cutting method of the fully mechanized coal mining face,the computer simulation technology is used to dynamically demonstrate the different cutting methods of the shearer.The simulation results can be used to calculate the efficiency index of each cutting coal The optimization of the cutting mode of the fully mechanized coal mining face and the improvement of the production efficiency of the shearer provide a direct reference data.At the same time,for the comprehensive mining face digital,visualization,intelligent construction provides an effective model and system.
