With the increase of fine coal yield,Coal preparation plant flotation tailings output is increasing,becoming one of the largest industrial solid waste.Conventional treatment of flotation tailings mainly located in the coal combustion,briquette and building materials,etc.,few studies on minerals and trace elements with purification value in tailings are conducted.The development of flotation tailings efficient use of technology to achieve high value-added flotation tailings,not only to waste into treasure,energy saving,but also can improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.Also to prevent environmental pollution,ease the rapid development of China’s economy to bring the shortage of resources and other issues to promote the role,which is of great significance to China’s economic and environmental sustainable development strategy.Flotation tailings is the research object in this paper,in the analysis of raw coal minerals with the flotation process on the basis of the migration process,establish a general mathematical relationship between minerals and ash;Carried out to recover flotation tailings in the highest content of kaolinite for the purpose of experimental research,kaolinite was purified by sedimentation and flotation,determine the best pharmaceutical system and experimental program,To explore the mechanism of flotation;Based on this,the distribution and migration of gallium elements in the kaolinite concentrate were studied,resrarch the migration law of gallium elements under the conditions of different classification,as well as the dissolution characteristics of gallium under different calcination-acid leaching conditions,Providing the theoretical basis for the purification of mineral kaolinite and gallium elements in flotation tail coal.Draw the following conclusions:(1)By studying the migration law of minerals in flue with flotation process and different grading conditions,it can be seen that,the relationship between kaolinite content and ash is y =-0.0053x2 + 0.9x + 6.87,Quartz content satisfy y = 0.32x-1.3752,there is no clear mathematical relationship between the content of calcite and the ash of tailings.With the increase of density,the content of minerals in tailings increased gradually;With the increase of grain size,the content of calcite increased gradually,and the content of quartz and kaolinite decreased gradually.(2)The results of sedimentation and flotation purification of kaolinite in flotation tailings show that,the recovery of kaolinite by sedimentation method does not exceed 35%.In the flotation purification test,under the action of collecting agent alone,the recovery of flotation of kaolinite by CTAB reached 91.25%,grade increased from 35.72% in tailings to 74.2%,reached the highest in six collectors.The activation experiments of the anionic collector MAP-K by metal ions show that,when the amount of Fe3+ is 3×10-4mol/L,the recovery of kaolinite increased from 56.69% to 83.86%.On the condition of mixing collectors,the highest recovery of kaolinite reach 80%.The order of the collection capacity of the collector alone is: CTAB>DDA>MAP-K> Sodium oleate > dimethyl(octyl)amine >SDBS;Under different test conditions,the effect of the recovery of kaolinite flotation is:CTAB(independent action)> MAP-K(Fe3+ used)> CTAB mixed with MAP-K.(3)Investigate the material properties and test conditions on the distribution of gallium in kaolinite flotation concentrate,results show that,with the decrease of particle size and the increase of density,the content of gallium is increasing,the gallium content in the sample –0.045 mm reached 30.59μg/g,in the sample +1.8kg/L reached 30.03μg/g,kaolinite grade and gallium content meet the linear increasing relationship.Calcination-acid leaching results show that,calcined at 700°C for 130 min,and using 6mol/L hydrochloric acid as leaching solution,Gallium dissolution rate reaches 91.86% under 60°C,the leaching effect is best.
