With the rapid development of aerospace,wind power,high-speed train,ship and automobile industries,composite laminates with good properties have been widely used in more and more applications.But composite laminates inevitably produce a variety of damage in manufacture,transport and use of the process,which will lead to a decline in the comprehensive performance of composite laminates.To reach the requirements of the stiffness and strength of the structure,it is a great practical value that reparation of damaged composite laminates and detection of repaired composite laminates.In order to solve this problem,based on the background of aerospace,this paper research of composite laminates adhesive bonding repair technology,and study damage detection of composite laminated plate structure and its performance evaluation methods by piezoelectric system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the damage identification method of strain modal and structural natural frequencies,and the damage of composite laminates is analyzed by ANSYS,it is found that the method based on strain mode can be very good for damage location and quantitative analysis.(2)Experimental study on bonding repair technology of composite laminated plates.The process of repairing the composite laminated plate structure was studied,and the reasonable repair process parameters were determined.This part mainly includes three aspects: 1 The damage of pre-processing;2 Pre-fabrication process of bonding patch;3 Adhesive repairs process.The sample of composite laminates bonding structure performance test are produced.(3)The different states of the composite laminates were detected by the piezoelectric detection test.Firstly,according to the theoretical analysis,the experimental platform is established.Then,through PVDF piezoelectric thin film sensor,the piezoelectric signal are collected.it find out the composite laminated plate each order natural frequency and amplitude by MATLAB software.Then,according to the data drawing strain modal vibration mode diagram by using three difference spline curve method.Finally,by compare intact plate,injury and repair boards of strain modal graph,It can be evaluated repair and detection methods of reliability,and improved the repair of various process parameters,which provide technical basis for the future of composite repair and test and evaluation.
