Research On The Temperature Control Of PVC Polymerization Reactor With Sliding Control Algorithm Based On HS

The variable structure control was put forward in the 1960 s,at first,the main research single input high order and second order linear system system to study the state space.Through the development of 50 years,the design idea of variable structure control system is constantly updated,and a variety of variable structure control methods are accumulated.The most developed space is the variable structure control with sliding mode,and in the control of brushless DC motors,robots,PWM rectifiers,etc.are widely used.The principle of this control method is that the switching control makes the system sliding along the sliding surface.It has strong robustness to system parameter perturbation and external disturbance.Based on the reaction mechanism of the polymerisation process of PVC polymerization,this paper analyzes how to establish the subsection affine model of elliptic set theory and compares the discretized model with the actual data of the traditional PID control algorithm by the second order discrete sliding mode control algorithm,then add the multi model method,the simulation of multi model discrete second order sliding mode control algorithm with second order discrete sliding mode control algorithm by MTALAB add a step signal,pulse signal and random signal case.It is difficult to choose the parameters of the multi model algorithm,the optimum control curve can't be obtained.In the case of uncertain system parameters,using harmony search algorithm to optimize the parameters automatically.Not only save time,but also improve the accuracy of the system.The simulation results show that the multi model discrete second order sliding mode control algorithm based on HS is better than the method of multi model based on smaller overshoot,with more rapid and stable effect,has a strong resistance to external interference,a series of advantages to achieve rapid tracking.
