| Insulation of the wall is a effective way to avoid energy loss of the building,polyurethane sheet is recognized as one of the best insulation material,it has been widely used in the external walls of buildings in many developed countries,the proportion up it occupied to 70% in energy-saving building blocks,while in China the proportion less than 15%.The energy-saving planning of China’s "13th Five-Year Plan" clearly stipulates that in order to achieve the target of reducing building energy consumption by 65% by 2020,energy-saving buildings should be promoted vigorously.So improving and promoting the production technology of polyurethane insulation is necessary.However,the most of polyurethane insulation sheet production level in our country is low,the degree of automation and production efficiency is not high.After analyzing the equipment composition and control requirements of insulation sheet production line.Based on the basic principles of the design for the control system and the distribution characteristics of production line,a distributed control system of Polyurethane Insulation production line based on CC-LINK Field bus is proposed in this paper.According to the functional requirements of all aspects of production line,select the appropriate hardware and describes the communication configuration of CC-LINK bus.The main power supply circuit,the servo drive power supply circuit and the PLC control circuit is designed,as an example,the electrical design and control program has been explained in detail.Besides,the debugging process of software,hardware and system is given,and problems and the solutions of it are discussed.In order to improve the precision of cutting machine,a single value generalized predictive control algorithm base on WINCC is discussed in this paper,and the detailed implementation of this algorithm is given.As the same times,the simulation experiment based on the system model is carried out,and the experimental results show that this predictive control algorithm has a faster response,less overshoot and better robustness than PID control algorithm,it can be used in the fast response system like cutting machine. |
