Through routine and the optimal experimental conditions of combination treatment process,and analyzing the treatment of oil extraction wastewater effluent water quality standards,we can draw the following conclusion : air floatation process optimal operation parameters for the dissolved air pressure 0.4 MPa,gas water ratio 1:11,the removal rate of the suspended matter,oil content,COD and viscosity were 30%,68%,11.5% and 30% respectively,almost no removal efficiency of polymer and surfactant;Coagulation process of optimal dosing quantity of 30 mg/L,pH around 6 ~ 8,the removal rate of COD,suspended solids,oil content and polymer were 42.89%,98.2%,96.98% and 42.89% respectively;Sand filtration process of optimal filter speed 3.1 m/h,the removal rate of the suspended matter,oil content,COD and polymer were 94%,87.7%,12% and 94%respectively,almost no removal efficiency of viscosity,surface active agent.Monomer treatment effluent oil content,suspended solids removal rate is over90%,but for the polymer and COD,the removal rate is low,the water cannot achieve“double 20”or “5 1 1” back to the standard,water injection and combination process “air flotation— ozone oxidation”and “electrochemical-coagulation”effluent can reach the “double 20” water standard,but can't reach the standard “5 1 1”back to the water injection,reinjection underground existence to the formation of the hazards.Using “double membrane”system treated water flooding and ASP floodi-ng wastewater,through the experimental analysis,we can conclud that the c-eramic membrane flux decline obviously;Strong and strengthen cleaning ope-ration for a period of time row,can increase the ceramic membrane runningtime;Ceramic membrane water flooding wastewater treatment 8 h row of st-rong,stable operation,the ternary flooding wastewater treatment 4 h thick o-ne,stable operation of 31.6 h,water can achieve stable “5 1 1” back to the standard water injection.Water drive membrane pollution using sodium-hydroxide+sodium hypochlorite cleaning effect is good,the ternary displaceme-nt membrane pollution using sodium hydroxide+EDTA+ nitric acid cleaning e-ffect is remarkable.
