Molybdenum disulfide?MoS2?,whose structure is similar to the graphite,is a layed material.It has been served as car lubricant.This application is like the graphite.Recent years,due to the exfoliation of graphite into graphene,more much attention has been paid on two-dimensional materials.It has been reported that when MoS2 is transformed from multiple layers into single layer,its bandgap changes from indirect bandgap into direct bandgap which is from 1.29 eV to 1.8 eV.The monolayer MoS2,due to its special electronic structure,has excellent magnetic,electrical and optical properties and can be widely used in various fields.However,MoS2 is chemical inertness and insoluble in common solvents,which extensively limits its applications,so the researchers begin to modify its structure by physical and chemical methods to change the properties of MoS2.Physical modifications are mainly the combination of MoS2 and some carbon materials?such as graphene and carbon nanotubes?and surface adsorption of some organic?such as amino acids?;chemical modification is that S atoms of MoS2 combine with other atoms to form stable chemical bond,and then the properties of the modified MoS2 were studied.MoS2 was synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by SEM,XRD and Raman,which can analyze surface morphology and composition.In the experiment,MoS2 was modified with alkynyl organometallic compound.The prepared MoS2 was first separated into lamellas by ultrasonic method.After the ultrasonic treatment,the product was reacted with the organometallic silver compound containing alkynyl group.When reaction finished,the product was analyzed by a series of characterization methods,which showed that the surface modification of PAS was the best.We were aimed to solve the soluble problem of MoS2,so we employed different solvents in the reaction of MoS2 and phenyl acetylene silver.It has been found that when the solvent is N,N-dimethylformamide?DMF?,the effect of redispersion is better.The molar ratio of MoS2 and phenyl acetylene silver was set to 1:1,1:1.5,1:2 during the experiment,respectively.It demonstrated when the molar ratio of MoS2 and silver phenyl acetylene was 1:1.5,the surface modification effect is the best.The modified MoS2 was combined with poly?3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene?-polyphenylene sulfonic acid?PEDOT:PSS?,which was used in the perovskite solar cell as hole transport layer.Since MoS2-PAS is a new material,its application is still at the exploratory stage,the effect may not be obvious.
