Carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites(CFRP)is an important compound in the composites.It has the advantages of light weight and high strength.It is widely used in aerospace,automobile industry and wind power.Polyether ether ketone resin(PEEK)is a new generation of high temperature resistant thermoplastic resin,because of its good high temperature performance,its carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composite material has been in the fuselage,satellite components and other space structure applications.Braided composite material is a new type of structural design of the composite material,it has a whole structure does not occur layered structure,complex components can be a molding and so on.Therefore,the study of carbon fiber/polyether ether ketone braided composite material has a very important application prospects.In this paper,carbon fiber and polyether ether ketone fiber were used as the main materials of the experiment.The fiber fabrics were obtained by two-dimensional plain weave method.The carbon fiber and polyether ether ketone composites were prepared by molding.The wettability of carbon fiber and polyether ether ketone was analyzed by high temperature contact angle test.The strength of the composites was analyzed by mechanical properties test.The surface morphology and microstructure of the composites were observed by super depth of field and SEM.The FT-IR was used to analyze the structure of the composites.The thermal properties of the composites were analyzed by DSC,TG and DMA.The aging resistance of the composites was analyzed by hot and humid aging experiments.The wetting angle of carbon fiber and polyetheretherketone under different temperature conditions were measured by high temperature contact angle test.It was found that the wetting effect was the best at 370 ℃,With the molding temperature of 370℃,the composite material was formed under the definite ply and pressure,and the composite material has the best bonding effect between layers.59.06%,65.03% and 69.43% respectively were prepared.The mechanical properties of the composite materials were analyzed by super-depth depth and SEM.The results showed that the resin quality Fraction of 65.03% of the composite material at the cross section of the carbon fiber around the resin is evenly coated,the impregnation effect between the two groups is good,and the effect of interlayer bonding is good,in the external force,the occurrence of ductile fracture,mechanical strength are higher than the other two.By DSC,TG and DMA analysis and combined with the results of wet heat aging test of composites,It is found that the tensile strength ofthe composites is decreasing in the high temperature and high humidity environment,but the mechanical strength and thermal stability can still be maintained.The composite material with resin mass fraction of 65.03%,The tensile strength can still maintain 92.09% of the original strength,indicating the excellent mechanical properties of the composite under the conditions.
