With the aggravation of climate warming,the greenhouse gases has been the important issue of the world.For China is in a stage of rapid economic development,the amount of carbon emissions produced by China ranks the first place in the world.In order to effectively control the carbon emissions and achieve low carbon development,the Chinese government put forward the more strict carbon emissions targets.To achieve this goal,the industrial sectors undertake the important task of energy saving and carbon emission reduction.As there are extensive and complicated connections in industrial sectors,it is of great importance to investigate the status of industrial sectors in carbon emission system and the correlation effect among industrial sectors.This article is band on the theory of carbon emission conduction relationship in industrial sectors to investigate the industrial sectors’ carbon emissions and correlation effect by using Input-output method and Social network analysis.Firstly,using the statistical data of China Statistical Yearbook and input-output table to calculate the direct carbon emissions,indirect carbon emissions of each industrial sector from 2005 to 2014.And analysis the carbon emission characteristics of the three industries and each industry sector.In addition,the weighting sensitivity coefficient and weighting influence coefficient is calculated in this paper.Secondly,building the carbon emission associate network of industrial sectors by using carbon emission pull coefficient,and put forward the evaluation framework to evaluate the industrial sector’s carbon emission associate network.Then making analysis of associate network by three level-the whole network level,the individual level and the group level.Identifying the central industrial sector and synergistic effect of industrial sectors.Finally,put forward related Suggestions to industrial sectors for energy conservation and emissions reduction.The article make the specific analyses on the status of China’s industrial sectors in carbon emission system and correlation effect based on the attribute data and relational data respectively,for the purpose of providing the relevant reference for emissions reduction measures.
