As a new type of green remanufacturing technology,laser cladding,which has many advantages such as good forming performance,wide application scope and little pollution to the environment,has been widely used in the repair of metal parts.Processing planning is the basis of laser cladding reparation automation,and reasonable process planning can improve the quality and efficiency of repair greatly.However,the laser cladding reparation is lack of complete process planning system at present,it caused the setting of process parameters is lack of theoretical basis,which makes the repair quality can’t be guaranteed and repair automation difficult to achieve.In order to improve repair quality and efficiency,realize laser cladding repair automation,the process planning of laser cladding repair is studied in this thesis,the main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the pre-processed parts surface defect characteristics,a method for extracting 3D defect feature based on vision is proposed.The spatial boundaries of defect bottom surface is reconstructed and located by 2D image boundary and 3D feature points coordinate at first,then,combined with the defect surface information,the 3D defect feature extraction of part is realized.(2)According to the defect characteristics of the parts,the laser cladding path is planned,the influence of the cladding layer morphology on the forming process is analyzed,and the decision model of single cladding layer characteristic parameters is established.On this basis,the path planning and motion realization of laser reparation are studied.(3)Aiming at the complexity of cladding process,the particle swarm optimization(PSO)and backpropagation(BP)neural network are introduced to build the prediction model of cladding process parameters.the reliability of the forecast model is verified by the simulation test and cladding experiments,achieved within the sample to determine the characteristics of laser cladding layer the cladding process parameters decision.In this paper,a rapid process planning system is developed for laser cladding reparation of surface damage parts,the rationality and feasibility of the repair process planning method is verified by experiments,The results show that the repair process planning method can guide the laser cladding reparation effectively and accurately.It provides a theoretical basis for the automatic implementation of laser cladding reparation.
