| Because of better corrosion resistance,abrasion resistance,self-lubrication,microhardness compared with the general coating,nanocomposite coating was widely used in parts of the surface modification,parts protection,etc.Compared with electrodeposition,jet electrodeposition is more efficiency,stable,and has better coating quality.Based on the machine designed by myself,nanocomposite coating was produced.And also the properties were analyzed.The main content of this research are as follows:(1)The corrosion mechanism of metal material and anticorrosion mechanism of the composite coating were analyzed;(2)Design and build the experimental apparatus;write the control system program;(3)Research on multilayer structure’s nanocomposite coating.Sintered neodymium(Nd FeB)magnet material is highly vulnerable to corrosion.To solve this problem,three kinds of structures(dark nickel,bright nickel,and multilayered nickel)were produced efficiently and quickly by using jet electrodeposition technology.By comparing the corrosion behaviors of the different structures,we found that the corrosion resistance of a multilayered structure nickel coating was much higher than that of a single layered nickel and that surface quality had significant improvement compared with dark nickel,which can better protect the NdFeB material;(4)Research on Ni-SiO2 nanocomposite coating.To improve the surface quality and performance of Ni-SiO2 nanocomposite coatings,jet electrodeposition of Si O2 nanoparticles(diameter 20–30 nm)with Watt’s nickel solution was used to process on graphite substrate accompanied by ceramic stick rolling and friction(R&F)online.By studying the influences of different concentrations of SiO2 in the solution and the effect of R&F on the coatings,we found that adding a certain amount of nano-SiO2 in the solution can significantly increase the microhardness of coatings;R&F improved the microhardness and surface quality. |
