The pressure of the new type 3000 fracturing pump truck under working condition is very high.The maximum output pressure is almost about 140 MPa and its working environment is very bad.The abnormal vibration emerged in some gears,affecting the work quality of the fracturing pump truck.And the frame fatigue aroused by the cyclic stress,leading to the normal life of the fracturing pump truck is shorten.The vibration theory was studied in this paper,and the solutions were proposed.Analyzing the vibration theory of 3000 fracturing pump truck under the working condition,creating the 3D model of the triplex pump working as the main vibration source,comprehensively considering the effects of several factors which including the inertia force of the triplex pump,the friction force,and the pressure fluctuation of the fluid end,simulating the peak and frequency of the main vibration source vibration triplex pump’s excitation force under the working condition,the simulation results can actually reflect the vibration excitation between the fracturing pump truck and the frame during the actual working condition by the test.Using the triplex pump as the ambient excitation,analyzing the model of the fracturing pump truck,getting the first six modes of the fracturing pump truck,finding that the overlapping exist between the model of the fracturing pump truck and the vibration frequency of the triplex pump,clearly knowing the vibration reason of 3000 fracturing pump truck under the working conditionThree vibration control measures about the modification of the structure mentioned in this paper.Forwarding the position of the triplex pump,calculating the vibration attenuation is 10.9% when the forwarding position was 400 mm.Reduce the height of the fan,establishing the mechanical models of it,and the stable of the fracturing pump truck is better,the height of fan is lower.Supporting the fracturing pump truck,contrasting the model of the fracturing pump,it can avoid the frequency overlap effectively.For effectively controlling the vibration of the fracturing pump truck under working condition,comprehensively using the three methods,the vibration attenuation is 73.3% by the test.Optimize the connection scheme between frame and triplex pump,replacing rigid connection as vibration isolation.The frame stress caused by triplex pump’s vibration excitation should be less than the allowable stress of frame material.,which works as evaluation index.Based on the evaluation index I calculate parameters of the vibration isolation system and select an appropriate vibration isolator.The simulation analysis verifies that the designed vibration isolation system reduces the frame stress response caused by triplex pump vibration to the range of allowable stress. |
