The extraction of pollutants in environmental samples has been paid attention by analytical chemistry researchers.Because environmental samples have complex matrix, they can not be analyzed directly by liquid chromatography. In order to be able to conduct detection,it is important to use the appropriate pretreatment method.Appropriate pretreatment methods can purify the sample, separation and enrichment of analytes.Based on this situation, the solid phase extraction method, the synthesis and characterization of adsorbents, and studied the application of this method in the determination of environmental samples.Fe3O4 @ SiO2@ IL nanoparticles were synthesized and used as adsorbent in magnetic solid phase microextraction, and the environmental samples were analyzed. After optimization of the ratio of Fe3O4@SiO2 to ionic liquid, the amount of adsorbents for the extraction, extraction time, desorption volume and ionic strength experimental conditions, three pesticides in environmental water samples were extracted. The detection limit and quantification limit are 0.57-0.73 ng·L-1 and 1.7-2.3 ng·L-1,respectively.Magnetic solid phase microextraction has simplified the experimental operation, least effort, saving time, and is suitable for the extraction of large volume water samples.Ionic liquid([BMIM]PF6)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)were prepared by electrospinning, and composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning as adsorbent for solid phase microextraction. The amount of ionic liquid, the amount of composite nanofibers adsorbents for the extraction, extraction time, desorption volume and ionic strength were optimized. The experimental results show that the composite nanofiber as adsorbent in the extraction of environmental samples to be a good extraction effect. The detection limit and quantification limit are 0.17-0.32 ng·L-1 and 0.63-1.12 ng·L-1.At the same time,it has the advantages of high extraction efficiency, simple operation steps and short extraction time. |
