With the continuous development of social economy,the application of the tin printing products is widespread and has penetrated into many fields.In the quality test process of Tin Printing products,chromatography deviation is an important parameter of Tin Printing quality.The accuracy of chromatography deviation will directly affect the quality of Tin Printing products.At present,in the detection of Tin Process Printing,this is by no means to guarantee the accuracy,what's worse,it is less efficient.Therefore,to develop and achieve Process Printing Detection System Research and Development of Tin Printing is of great importance to the development of Tin printing industry in China.Using the image gathering technology and computer image processing technology,this topic developed detection system to apply to the Tin Process Printing,which thus can determine the quality of tin printing overprint.First of all,the paper analyzed the hardware requirement of the iron forging printing overprint and set up the image gathering system.Second,Pre-process the gathering image properly for the detection of subsequent overprinting deviation.For example: color image graying,de-noising processing,gray image binarization and so on.Third,by connectivity area abstraction to obtain overprinting tags,and to gain the edge pixels overprint tags by the detection method.Fourth,it made fitting a straight line by noise-resisting Hough Transform to have an access to the overprint tag angle.It analyzed image interpolation algorithm,and realized the tilt correction.Finally,by adopting line width coordinate proposed in this topic to determine methods and to calculate the overprint tag longitudinal axis and horizontal axis line width by combing with projection method.By testing some samples of Tin Printing Products,it got the experiment data.The detection rate of this system was 100% and the final deviation discrimination was 99.81%,which can fully meet the requirements of real-time detection.Then,the Deviation Detection of the Tin Process Printing System has been realized.
