Based on the basic policies and strategic measures of “Made in China 2025” and“Internet +”,the traditional manufacturing model should be transforming and upgrading to the advanced manufacturing model of personalized customization.Product design also should pay more and more attention on customer dynamic requirements.To invite customers to participate in product design,customers’ personalized requirements should be converted into terms of product design,which may provide decision support for customized product design.Therefore,research on the model for intelligent design of personalized customization products is implement.In this paper,the model of translating the customers’ fuzzy requirements to the engineering characteristics was established.The quality function deployment was utilized to translate customers’ personalized requirements into engineering characteristics of product design.The linguistic multiple attribute group decision model of maximum deviation was used to calculate the relationship values between customers’ personalized requirements and engineering characteristics,which is contributed to the personalized customization product design.By applying the artificial immune system with the advantages such as self-learning,self-organization,self-adaption,memory and so on,the output engineering characteristics of house of quality were regarded as antigen and described with gene coding during the intelligent design model for personalized customization products based on artificial immune system.Through simulating the generation of the antibodies and calculating the affinity between antibodies and antigens,the best customization product design was acquired.There were two steps to accomplish the personalized customization products intelligent design.Firstly,the initial design for personalized customization products was determined through the knowledge retrieval system for intelligent design.According to the initial design,the materials for environmental protection can be selected,and the specific structure of the personalized customization products can be designed.During the design for customization products,the safety,reliability and less greenhouse gas emissions should be considered.At last but not least,the numerical simulation method should be taken to verify the function of the designed product and ensure the quality and reliability of personalized customization products.Taking the personalized customized vacuum glazing as an example,theengineering characteristics and their relationship values can be gotten from the model of translating the customers’ fuzzy requirements to the engineering characteristics.Then they were regarded as antigens and were input into the knowledge retrieval system for intelligent design.The system would output an initial design.The materials for environmental protection were the best choices for vacuum glazing to avoid environmental pollution and waste of resources.The optimization design for diameter and spacing of supporting spacers was obtained based on the artificial immune system algorithm to ensure the insulation performance of the personalized customized vacuum glazing.At last,the thermal performance of customized vacuum glazing was validated through the coupled conduction-radiation model.It showed that the heat transfer coefficient(K-value)of the customized vacuum glazing was 0.84 Wm-2K-1.And the customers were very satisfied with the result.The numerical simulation method also proved that the intelligent design model for personalized customization products based on artificial immune system was available for the advanced manufacturing model of personalized customization.The model for intelligent design of personalized customization products may provide technologies support for the advanced manufacturing model of personalized customization.Customers’ personalized requirements will be reflected in personalized customization products.At the same time,the safety,reliability and less greenhouse gas emissions should be considered to avoid environmental pollution and waste of resources during the design for customized products.When the design for customized products was accomplished,the numerical simulation method should be taken to verify the function of the designed products to ensure the quality of the customized products.
