As China's large coke oven equipment,6.25 meters Stamping Charging Pushing Machine is producted by Taiyuan heavy industry Ltd.The core component of this equipment is the coke pusher device,its function is to put the red coke out of the coking chamber.In the process of actual coke pushing,coke pushing rod often produces violent vibration,which will not only affect the normal work of the coke pusher device,but also can cause the collapse of briquette,the looseness of brick in the ground of coking chambers,leakage of coking chamber and combustion chamber and other serious harm.In this paper,the vibration mechanism of the coke pushing device is analyzed.We combined fundamental experiments and simulation analyses to obtain the causes of vibration of coke pushing device,and put forward the corresponding damping measures.This research is very important for improving the reliability and stability of equipment of coke oven equipment and enhance the technical level of China's large coke oven equipment.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Study on the creeping mechanism of pushing device.Based on the analysis of the force of the pushing rod,the kinematics model of the coke pushing rod is established and the theory of the creep is analyzed.It is proved that the meshing and friction are the main causes of creep.By analyzing the mechanism of friction creeping,the condition of friction creeping is obtained and the mechanism of vibration of the pushing device is analyzed.Finally,the cause of the vibration of the pushing device is analyzed.The results show that the vibration of the pushing device is the result of the coupling of various factors such as gear engagement,supporting force,friction force and so on.(2)Vibration analysis of coke pushing device based on experiment.The experimental data is extracted from the scene.We obtained the vibration spectrum data,the pushing current,the pushing frequency and other data.According to the pushing current and frequency data,the coke pushing velocity and pushing resistance are calculated,which provides the boundary conditions for the simulation.Based on the analysis of the vibration signal,the characteristic frequency extracted from the vibration spectrum is compared with the meshing frequency of the rack and the natural frequency of the pushing rod.It is proved that the gear meshing and the friction force are the main causes of the vibration.(3)Dynamic simulation model of coke pushing device.Firstly,We use the 3D modeling software UG to push the head,slipper,and supporting roller,pushing rod and the pushing support for 3D modeling and to assemble accurately.we make a detailed analysis of each module.Considering the main influence factors of the actual focal vibration,the complex components are combined and simplified.Finally,a dynamic simulation model is obtained.(4)Vibration analysis of coke pushing device are based on simulation.Based on the kinematic model,the boundary conditions are added,and the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out by ADAMS software.The correctness of the model is verified by comparing the simulated and measured vibration signals.Based on the model of coke pushing,the single factor and two factor coupling analysis of the main factors are applied to the vibration of the coke pushing.Finally,in the conditions of rigid,the provocative cause of vibration in the process of coke pushing is the meshing between gear and rack,coke pushing resistance is a major cause of the increasing vibration,The change of friction and speed are also important factors of vibration.(5)Summary of Vibration causes and vibration reduction measures for vibration of coke pushing device.The influence of gear rack meshing on the vibration of the pushing device is analyzed from three aspects of gear meshing fault,gear damage and misalignment fault.The influence of friction self excitation on the vibration of coke pushing device is analyzed in three aspects: the structure of the sliding shoe,the deformation of the coke pushing rod and the friction of the chamber.The influence of the pushing resistance on the vibration of the pushing device is analyzed in two aspects such as maturity and the coke briquette collapse.Finally,the influence of mechanical looseness,manufacture and installation error and velocity mutation on the vibration of the pushing device is analyzed.The corresponding vibration reduction measures are proposed.
