Today,coal is still the dominant energy in our country.Coal dressing is an important part of the coal industry development.In recent years,Chinese coal preparation technology is developing persistently,endured from the original coal jigging to flotation to now of the heavy medium separation technology,the escalating of coal preparation technology causes a serious challenge to equipment support structure at the same time,namely the structure vibration.Structural vibration not only affects the safety of the equipment support structure,it will also threatens the health of operators,which to some degree restrict the development of the coal industry in China.Therefore it is very necessary to have the characteristics of the equipment support structure and control it's vibration.In view of the security problems of the support structure of coal preparation plant,the research is mainly focused on the dynamic properties of the vibration screen support structure,including the vibration of pedestal and it's front beams and slabs of the vibration screen under different conditions.This paper is aimed at the reinforced concrete frame structure of plant of Sunshine Coking Group Company in Shanxi province,the INV-6032-T intelligent signal analysis system for collection and processing researched and manufactured by Beijing Oriental institute of noise and vibration is adopted,using the signal collection and analysis software of large capacity Dasp and electrodynamic sensor in the type of 941 B to test the the dynamic characteristics of the support structure of coal preparation plant.It is found that the individual measuring point of the framework is of fierce vibration,and the influences of vibration of the scaffoldstructure is evaluated according to the relevant standard.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was applied to the structure to analysis it's mode,the reason of strong vibration of the structure was analyzed;The harmonic response analysis by ANSYS for the structure was carried out and it's comparison with the dynamic characteristics of the structure tested by Dasp was listed out,according which the the weak parts of the structure were found out.Using trial method by ANSYS to analysis the support structure in order to control it's vibration,thus the methods to increase the stiffness of the structure such as enlarging partial section and increasing support in some regions were carried out,try to find the optimal solution and analysis control effect of the natural vibration frequency,maximum peak velocity and peak displacement of the structure and rise the control project;Using the same method to retest the dynamic characteristics of the structure after reinforced,comparing the finite element analysis results with the results of preliminary analysis and the retest results,it is found that the natural frequency of the structure was stepped away from frequency of the vibrating scree,which means reduction of the possibility of resonance of the structure;The maximum peak velocity and peak displacement of the structure become lower,which means that the scheme has played a good effect on vibration control,the safety problem of the support structure is resolved.
