Develop reasonable structure of the high current density ionic membrane electrolyzer chlor-alkali industry helps to reduce energy of ionic membrane and gas stagnation layer damage and prolong the service life of ionic membrane,promote the development of chlor-alkali industry energy conservation.Gas-liquid two phase flow numerical simulation results it is concluded that the top grille has gas retention layer close to the film side,consistent with business enterprise give feedback.Put forward with the gas phase backmixing degree as a measure,guide the development and design of electrolytic cell.Is step method and pulse tracer method of ionic membrane electrolyzer,respectively,the gas residence time distribution in experimental measurement and simulation studies,got the gas residence time distribution under different operating conditions.The result of experiment and simulation can better match.The separation chamber and circular plate structure was improved,and examines the improved the gas phase backmixing within the cell.The research results show that the separation chamber openings,separation chamber with small round tube inside the cell of the gas phase backmixing degree small;No circular plate of ionic membrane electrolyzer in the gas phase backmixing degree is the largest.Outside the north mechanism for weir box of new type ionic membrane electrolyzer backmixing degree is better.
