As people of environmental importance gradually improve,more and more people concerned about environmental quality around,so the environmental governance is imminent.Among numerous pollutants,arsenic(V)is a kind of pollutant that is extremely serious pollutants,their sources come widely,such as industrial emissions of wastewater and solid waste liquid containing arsenic(V)in landfill.Arsenic through the food chain set of flocculant step by step,further cause serious pollution,the produce great damage to human body.Handling of arsenic(V)commonly used chemical precipitation,physical adsorption and chemical adsorption,biological adsorption method.Magnesite-fly ash composite minerals used in arsenic(V)wastewater treatment,with easy operation,high feasibility,low cost,etc.After modification of magnesite-fly ash composite mineral materials,can effective adsorption of heavy metals arsenic(V)in aqueous solution.This article mainly to heavy metals arsenic(V)as the research object,for mineral magnesite-fly ash composite adsorbent,through carries on the modification,make its influence on the different factors of heavy metal arsenic(V)has good adsorption effect.First of all,the magnesite-fly ash composite mineral materials under different conditions of modified,the experimental results show that solid-liquid ratio of 7 g/L of magnesite-fly ash composite mineral materials in 1 mol/L HCl and 1 mol/L H2SO4 mixed acid solution soak,of which the proportion of mixed acid as HCl:H2SO4 = 2:1,total acid and mineral magnesite-fly ash composite ratio of 5:1(v/m),the temperature of 60℃ under the activation treatment,in the process of activation add iron powder 0.15 g/L,NaCl 1 g/L,after 60 min of uniform mixing,get a better adsorption effect magnesite-fly ash mineral composite materials.Second,with mineral magnesite-fly ash composite material under different influencing factors of heavy metal adsorption of arsenic(V).The experimental results show that the modified adsorbent dosage,pH of solution,adsorption time,adsorption temperature,initial concentration of the solution of modified adsorbent for arsenic(V)all affect the adsorption effect.Experiments,the initial concentration of arsenic(V)solution for 2 mg/L,p H = 10.81,add the amount of adsorbent for 2g/L,adsorption temperature 45℃,90 min,adsorption time of modified adsorbent for arsenic(V)removal rate reached 85%,for adsorption of low arsenic(V)concentration in the solution to achieve the desired effect.Finally,in order to explore mineral magnesite-fly ash composite on the adsorption mechanism of arsenic(V),by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),isoelectric point test on the characterization,main of magnesite-fly ash composition and structure form two aspects were analyzed.The results show that the magnesite-fly ash on the surface of porous,specific surface area is big,has a certain active group and adsorption characteristics,these structural characteristics determine the arsenic has good adsorption effect of heavy metals.
