With the development of die casting technology and the progress of science and technology,The die casting industry puts forward higher and higher requirements for the quality of casting parts,Vacuum casting technology plays an important role,The gas in the cavity is the most critical factor in the vacuum die casting process,However,the defects in castings are mainly caused by the residual cavity gas,However,the defects in castings are mainly caused by the residual cavity gas,Not even heat treatment.Besides,Vacuum system is the key equipment of vacuum casting technology,Its reliability and stability directly affect the quality of die castings.Therefore,the study of vacuum die casting is the development trend of die casting industry,and also has great value and significance.In order to achieve a high vacuum effect,it is required that the gas in the cavity is pumped out of the metal liquid in a very short time before the cavity is filled,The vacuum system is the guarantee of high vacuum in the whole process of cavity die casting.The existing vacuum die casting still has some problems difficult to solve,such as:The theory of cavity pumping is not universal;The reliability of vacuum die casting system is low;The accuracy of vacuum casting process parameters is not enough;In this paper,the theory of vacuum pumping is perfected,To provide some theoretical support for vacuum die casting process;Based on the analysis of magnesium alloy wheel,a reliable and reasonable casting process parameter is obtained.The research results are as follows:(1)According to Chongqing Dragon Technology Co.,Ltd.magnesium alloy wheel data model,The casting pouring system and die casting parameters were optimized by using the software of casting analysis,It provides some experimental data for the reasonable vacuum die casting process of magnesium alloy wheel.(2)The mathematical model of vacuum die casting process is established by using fluid mechanics and advanced mathematics:Constructs a mathematical model of the vacuum pumping cavity,and the cavity vacuum pumping process of mathematical expression,discusses the effect of process parameters on vacuum die casting cavity vacuum degree,and lay a theoretical foundation for improving the design of vacuum system.(3)The vacuum theory of the cavity is verified by the prototype equipment,and the experimental research on the vacuum pumping process parameters is carried out.(4)The real time detection hardware of vacuum degree is designed and the program is designed to detect the relationship between vacuum and pumping time.
