With the rapid development of economy and society,the increasing demand for mineral resources in the world and the shortage of shallow resources on the earth,deep resource development and utilization become the development strategy of all countries.The ultra-deep mine hoisting equipment is the key equipment to realize the deep resource development.However,China's existing hoisting equipment cannot meet the needs of ultra-deep mine.The lack of basic theory of the ultra-deep hoisting equipment and product design and manufacture has seriously hampered the implementation of the strategy of deep exploitation and utilization of the country's resources.The results show that the multi-rope and multi-layer winding topology is an effective way to realize the ultra-deep mine hoisting.Therefore,the detailed and in-depth research on the dynamic behavior of hoisting system in the process of running are needed to grasp its characteristics and laws.In this paper,the vibration characteristics of the hoisting system in different hoisting speed are studied adopting the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research,in order to realize the smooth and safe operation of the hoisting system and provide theoretical reference and basic research data for the design,manufacture and safe operation of ultra-deep mine hoisting equipment.This paper mainly includes the following aspects:Considering the change in rope length of the wire rope causes the quality,stiffness and damping of the hoisting system to change slowly with time in the process of running,and adopt the suitable modeling method to establish the hoisting vibration model.Aiming at the unique structural characteristics and arrangement of the double-crossing parallel rope groove,the excitation caused by rope wound on the groove is studied,and the dynamic model under the excitation of the hoisting system is established.The numerical solution of the vibration equation of the distributed parameter is studied,and the validity and reliability of the hoisting system model are verified by experiments.The vibration response of the hoisting system at different hoisting speeds employing the theoretical model,and a experiment is conducted to carry out the comparative study.The influence of the hoisting speed on the dynamic characteristics of the hoisting system is obtained.
