The liquid fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium(GLM)was fermented and carried out in a closed fermentor,which has sterile air and the appropriate mixing.GLM not only contains Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides,but also a large number of secondary metabolites.Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide replaced by liquid fermentative mycelium is a potential new way,and the production mode has the advantages of high yield,low cost and short cycle.Ganodian was cultured by liquid fermentation and polysaccharide content from mycelium was determined in this paper.The effects of GLM on the growth performance,immune function and antioxidant properties of broilers were analyzed by three experimental systems.The main test results are as follows:(1)225g mycelia was obtained from 100 L fermentation by the liquid deep fermentation technology in fermentation tank.And the dry weight polysaccharide content of Ganoderma lucidum mycelia determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method was 0.45%.It is used as a compound feed additive.(2)A thousand broilers were randomly divided into four groups: each group of 5 replicates,each repeating 50.Broiler chickens were fed with 0.1%,0.3%,and 0.5% GLM,Compared with the control group,0.3% GLM had a better effect on the growth performance of broilers(1-21d),and the average daily gain of broilers increased significantly by 5.8%(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the growth performance of broilers(P>0.05).The increase of the spleen index,thymus index and bursa index by adding 0.5% GLM in the broilers(P<0.05).The titer of Newcastle disease was increased by 0.5% GLM(P<0.05),The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)(P<0.05 or P<0.01)in broilers were significantly increased by adding 0.3% GLM,The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum was significantly decreased by 0.5% GLM(P<0.05). |
