According to statistics,the proportion of coal mining is up to 95%of underground mining in China’s coal mine,coal mine accidents occur frequently,seriously endangering the safety of coal production and social stability and unity,to the country and society caused a very bad impact.Among them,the gas explosion is particularly serious.Underground gas explosion spread to a wide range of hazards,high casualty rate,the safety of coal production and social stability caused a threat cannot be ignored.According to statistics,China is now mining all the basic coal and gas sudden hidden danger,in the statistics of 609 state-owned key coal enterprises,high-gas mine and coal and gas outburst mine accounted for as high as 44.4%.The frequent occurrence and great harm of the gas explosion accidents suggest that we must ascertain the mechanism and regularity of the gas explosion in the roadway as soon as possible,so as to explore the measures of coal mine gas explosion and explosion suppression,develop and implement the disaster relief plan,The development of the explosion suppression device provides the theoretical basis and engineering guidance.In this thesis,the FLACS software is used to simulate the gas explosion pressure and flame propagation under different working conditions by setting different obstacle conditions.The results show that the following rules are found:1.The change of obstacle parameters has little effect on the peak value of explosion field,but the fluctuation rate of gas explosion pressure is obvious under different obstacle conditions.Under the condition of obstruction,the increase rate of gas explosion pressure is greatly improved.The change of the shape,size and arrangement of the obstacle has different influence on the explosion pressure peak and the explosion pressure rising rate.2,the obstacle parameter changes affect the explosion flame wave propagation,the deformation of the flame front,increase the burning area,causing the flame to accelerate,and the formation of positive feedback mechanism.With the adjustment and change of the relevant parameters of the obstacle,the degree of tensile deformation and the flame propagation velocity of the flame wave are also changed,and the obstacle parameters are different,and the excitation effect of the flame wave is different.3,the existence of obstacles and related parameters to a greater extent on the formation of the explosion flame wave excitation,the rapid increase in flame propagation speed,and the emergence of the trend to catch up with the front pressure wave,with the flame wave to the pressure wave close to the gas explosion The power increases,the corresponding increase in the risk of explosion.According to the real size,shape and distribution of hydraulic struts and obstructions in underground tunnel,according to the experiment platform of North China Institute of Science and Technology,the model was made according to the 1:10 scale and the underground explosion simulation experiment was carried out.The results show that the existence of hydraulic struts and tubs have incentive effect on the roadway gas explosion,which increases the explosion pressure and the flame propagation velocity,besides,the incentive effect of the tub is greater than the hydraulic pillar.
