| In order to improve the thermal comfort of miners,create a comfortable and safety working environment,and improve work efficiency,using large refrigeration equipment or personality cooling equipment become an inevitable trend.The air cooling garment is a type of personality cooling service,there are many researches on it,but lacking of expansion of endothermic air cooling garment researches.In this paper,the human skin temperature,sweating volume and heat dissipation were analyzed by theory and experiment in detail.The experiment divided into two phases,15 subjects participated in this experiment.In the first stage,the influence of temperature,humidity and work intensity on the human body in the condition of not wearing air cooling garment were studied.In the sitting rest,light work,moderate work and heavy work condition,maintaining the environmental humidity of 90%,changed the temperature of 24 ℃,26℃,28℃,30℃,32℃,34℃.Keeping the ambient temperature 30℃,changed the humidity of70%,75%,80%,85%,90%.There were 44 experimental conditions.In the second stage,the effect of ventilation,work intensity and ambient temperature on the human body were studied.The working temperature were 24℃,26℃,28℃,30℃,32℃,34℃,the humidity were 90%,the ventilation volume were 10±1m3/h,14±1m3/h,and the work intensity for moderate work and heavy work,a total of 24 kinds of experimental conditions.While the clothing within the micro-environment measurements in each part.The results shown that the effect of temperature was more significantly than humidity on human body.The ambient temperature increased by 10 ℃,the average skin temperature increased by 4.5-5.5℃.When the humidity increased by 20%,the average skin temperature increased by 0.3-0.9℃.Labor intensity had a greater impact the human skin temperature and sweating.Human body heat was also affected by the environmental temperature and humidity,mainly for heat ratio of sensible heat dissipation and latent heat change.After wearing the air cooling garment,the ventilation volume had little impact on human body than work intensity.The average human skin temperature decreased by 3.38℃,the maximum reduction ofsweating by 6g/min,the maximum heat dissipation increased by 210W/m2.Through the analysis of clothing micro-environment,we found that both sides of the clothing before and after,the temperature decreased significantly,the body felt more comfort,and the human body reached the optimal value in heavy labor.The experimental study and theoretical analysis shown that the air cooling garment could reduce the skin temperature,improve the micro-environment of clothing,enhance the thermal comfort of human body effectively,and had positive significance for the occupational health improving,safety of miners and improving work efficiency.Finally,according to the results of experimental analysis,suggestions and comments on the improvement of air cooling garment were put forward. |
