It is key issues to insure the reliability and accuracy in the upgrading of coal mine shaft skip loading system. The loading process of weight-fixed loading system in Wangshiwa Coal Mine at Tongchuan City was simulated by the model built with AMESim hydraulic simulation technology, and the factors which influence the performance of the loading system were studied. The main works in this dissertation are as follow:(1) The logic relationship between hydraulic components in the weighing process were obtained according to the composition and principle of the weight-fixed loading hydraulic system, and the AMESim hydraulic simulation model was built.(2) The loading process of weight-fixed loading system was simulated, and the results indicated that the lifting speed of hydraulic cylinder was smooth, the hydraulic cylinder piston had a smaller displacement during the loading process, the loading error was less than 0.09%,and the accuracy and rigidity meet the requirements of the system. The pressure impact generated during the loading process was less than 1.5 times the system operating pressure and the system was safe to operate.(3) The system indexes such as dynamic performance, measurement error and stiffness of the weighing system were established. The effects of the length and inner diameter of the hydraulic system pipe and the loading process on the system performance were also studied.The relationship between system performance indexes and the pipe length and inner diameter were established which provided the basis for selecting the appropriate pipeline according to the system performance index.The loading process and system performance could be studied by the simulation model of weight-fixed loading system built in this dissertation, the conclusions can provide a basis for the improvement of weight-fixed loading system. |
