With the development of science and technology,transparent conductive electrode has been regarded as one of the important alternative to the traditional conductive glass ITO,and has been applied in the field of thin film solar cells,LCD,touch screen,organic light-emitting diodes and other optoelectronic devices.For the transparent conductive electrode,besides its requirements with high conductivity,transmittance and chemical stability,mechanical flexibility has also been given great attention.Therefore,how to improve the material composition and preparation methods to meet the optical,electrical,mechanical and other requirements has become one of the focus of the academic researchers.In this paper,the main purpose was to prepare of silver nanowires percolation network soldered with graphene oxide.Firstly,the parameters of preparing silver nanowires,graphene oxide soldering process and silver nanowires assembling process were researched.Secondly,the principle of such processes was explained.At last,the performance of the prepared transparent conductive film was tested.The preparation of silver nanowire was achieved by one step-polyol reduction method.In the glycerol reduction system,the process parameters such as the molar of PVP and Ag NO3,reaction temperature and time,preheating temperature,the amount of anionic control agent were investigated.By study the growing mechanism,the silver nanowires of three different aspect ratio were achieved.By using self-assembly technology,the ultra-thin and uniform oxidized graphene films was prepared so that it could be used to soldered at the silver nanowires junctions to improve film mechanical flexibility and chemical stability.The assembled silver nanowires were fabricated by using the water/alcohol/air interface.The washing times of silver nanowires,the content of silver nanowires,the heating temperature,pulling speed and other parameters were investigated.Finally,the assembled silver nanowire percolation network soldered with graphene oxide was achieved.The optical properties,electrical properties,chemical stability and mechanical stability of the prepared assembled silver nanowire transparent conductive thin film soldered with oxidized graphene were tested.Without any post-processing treatments,the transmittance of transparent conductive film was 90.2%,and the sheet resistance was 15.245 Ω/sq.The stability of the hybrid film at 80 ℃ after 8 days was also observed and the change of sheet resistance was only 1/5 times of silver nanowire transparent film.After 10,000 cycles of bending test,the film resistance change was only 1/4 times of silver nanowire transparent conductive film.In summary,the hybrid transparent conductive film prepared in this paper had the required performance requirements for flexible transparent conductive materials in the future.
