With the beginning of the 13 th five-year plan,Chinese economic development entered a new normal,but at the same time,Chinese environmental problems are becoming more and more acute.As a result,the rapid development of wastewater treatment plants in major cities also needs to be improved.The expansion of sewage treatment plants is the need to improve the urban infrastructure,improve the people's living environment and improve the urban economic level,sewage treatment plant is completed can reduce the harm of water pollution on the environment,improve the utilization rate of water and restore the city and even the water environment of river basin,improve the comprehensive economic strength of the city.The article researched the Xinyao of Tongchuan sewage plant's second-stage design,according to the sewage factory for the feed water quality monitoring data of recent years and ?The Tongchuan city urban and rural integration planning(2012-2030)?,at the same time combined with sewage quantity calculation results,determine the size of the second phase of engineering design and water quality indicators,to determine the process parameters selection and calculation in the design of main water treatment structures and the analysis of the sewage treatment cost.Get the main results are as follows:(1)Under ?The Tongchuan city urban and rural integration planning(2012-2030)? in the planning,at the same time combined with sewage quantity calculation results and sewage factory send a situation of service area and drainage pipe network construction,identify the Xinyao of Tongchuan city sewage treatment plant phase second project size is: 3.0?104m3/d;(2)According to the Xinyao of Tongchuan city sewage treatment plant inflow wa ter quality monitoring data of 2013~2015,analysis to determine the Xin Yao of Tong chuan sewage plant's second-stage treatment plant water for inflow water quality is: CODCr=330mg/L,BOD5=175mg/L,SS=370mg/L,Ammonia Nitrogen=36mg/L,TP=3.6mg/L;(3)Effluent is implementing ?standards for pollutant discharge of urban sewage treatment plants?(GB18918-2002)level of A standard,namely the BOD5?10mg/L,CO DCr?50mg/L,ammonia nitrogen ?5(8)mg/L,TN?15mg/L,TP?0.5mg/L,SS?10mg/L;(4)In combination with the practical operating conditions of a phase of the proce ss,through the process,determine the phase second project process use A/A/O+ultraviolet disinfection process,sludge treatment uses frame plate pressure double diaphragm filter press dewatering process,eodorization process to biological deodorization process system;(5)Cost analysis of the processing technology,determine the unilateral water treatment business cost is 0.94 yuan,the cost of single water treatment is 1.36 yuan.(6)By analyzing the calculation of the second phase expansion project,it will greatly reduce the pollutant discharge into the river,among them,CODCr was reduced by about 2737.56 tons per year,BOD5 reduced by about 1533 tons per year,and the SS decreased by about 2080.56 tons per year,and ammonia nitrogen decreased by about 273.72 tons per year,and the total phosphorus decreased by about 54.75 tons per year.
