Coal bed methane(CBM)is the gas that is present in the coal seam with methane as the main component and the gas that adsorb on the surface of the coalbed grain and partly free from the coal pores or dissolved in the coal water.CBM as a clean energy,is the most realistic energy,the most direct and effective to replace and add energy.Therefore,in recent years,the scale of CBM mining is getting bigger and bigger,and the accompanying environmental problems are increasing day by day.The development of CBM is accompanied by a large amount of groundwater discharge containing pollutants.The effluent contains a lot of impurities,organic pollutants and salts.Therefore,in the process design of coalbed methane development mode,the scale and purification method of output water discharge must be fully considered in order to ensure the economic and efficient development and utilization of CBM resources.In this paper,research use of advanced oxidation technology and membrane technology to deal with coalbed methane production wastewater for three aspects: The Best Application Conditions of Coagulation Sedimentation,Ozone / Ultraviolet Oxidation Advanced Oxidation Process(O3 / UV)for Treatment of Coalbed Methane Wastewater;Reverse osmosis and ceramic membrane process design and equipment selection.Analysis of the Operating parameters of O3 / UV Reverse Osmosis System and O3 / UV Ceramic Membrane System,Analysis of the production Water Quality and Comparison of Reverse Osmosis and Ceramic Membrane Technology in treat CBM wastewater.After the experimental study,the following results were obtained:(1)Through the gradient plus polyaluminium chloride(PAC),polyacrylamide(PAM)treatment of coal bed methane production wastewater test,It was found that when the dosage of PAC was 40 mg / L and the dosage of PAM was 0.1mg / L,the coagulation effect was the best;It is the most cost effective to remove the pollutants from the CBM production wastewater by using the O3 / UV treatment of ozone feeding rate was 2L / min and the addition time was 30 min.The maximum rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen and petroleum in coalbed methane wastewater was 73%,72.9% and 63.8% by use of O3 / UV and coagulation.As a pre-treatment of the reverse osmosis process and the subsequent treatment of the ceramic membrane process,it has a good effect of reducing the pollutant content in the waste water.(2)Through the monitoring and analysis of O3 / UV reverse osmosis system pressure and flow,it shows that all aspects of O3 / UV reverse osmosis system are in good working condition.After the treatment of O3 / UV,if the production of water to meet the standard requirements do not open the reverse osmosis device,when the water quality fluctuations,oxidation treatment can not ensure that the production of water meet the standards requirements open the reverse osmosis device.when the reverse osmosis was opened,The average removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and petroleum were 69.1%,87.4% and 90.8%.when the reverse osmosis wasn’t opened,the average removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and petroleum were 65.6%,71.6% and 69.8%.After the reverse osmosis device to produce a high degree of water purification to achieve the discharge standards;Through the monitoring and analysis of O3 / UV ceramic membrane system pressure and flow,it shows that all aspects of O3 / UV ceramic membrane system are in good working condition.By ues the O3 / UV ceramic membrane system treat of CBM wastewater the average removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and petroleum were 81.4%、75.3% and85.4%.Can better cope with water quality fluctuations,and stability to meet the standard requirements.(3)By analyzing the economic value of O3 / UV reverse osmosis system and O3 / UV ceramic membrane system,Use of O3 / UV reverse osmosis system to treat the CBM production wastewater,Deduct the cost of equipment and operating costs,3 years net income of 971,921 yuan.Use of O3 / UV ceramic membrane system to treat the CBM production wastewater,Deduct the cost of equipment and operating costs,3 years net income of 105,4971 yuan.Proper treatment of coalbed methane production wastewater can reduce the pollutants such as COD,ammonia nitrogen and petroleum into natural water bodies.For example,coal-bed methane production wastewater treated by O3 / UV ceramic membrane system,the annual discharge of COD,ammonia,oil will reduce 3.239 t,0.244 t,0.161 t,and no Secondary pollutants into the environment,reduce the production of coalbed methane on the surrounding environment,making the surrounding agriculture and animal husbandry development is guaranteed.(4)Ceramic membrane process does not produce concentrated water,compared to reverse osmosis process is more simple,more stable for wastewater treatment,the price is more economical.Ceramic membrane is more suitable for dealing with low salinity coalbed methane production wastewater treatment process.The reverse osmosis process is more suitable for the treatment CBM production wastewater that the wastewater is large and the degree of purification requires a relatively higher.
