Full automatic green tea production line has a wide range of applications,in addition to the production of black tea and green tea,but also through the modification and adjustment of equipment to manufacture other types of tea.The future of tea production in our country will develop to mechanization,automation and standardization,in order to meet the needs of the development of tea industry.The tea is different from the general mechanical processing machinery,the factors need to be considered,tea tea,rolling and processing efforts to drain a variety of integrated environment and a series of tea tea quality and efficiency,so the optimization of the analysis is very urgent.This subject is based on an automatic production line for Green Tea,the key equipment of rolling machine and twist machine were analyzed,the analysis method of finite element analysis and virtual prototype simulation analysis and optimization of reference to structure,based on ensuring the quality and efficiency of tea processing does not affect on the rolling machine and the song improvement and analysis of some institutions without machine.Main research work and results in the following 5 aspects:(1)By visiting tea equipment operation enterprise,through communication and exchange in a period of observation and research,researchers found,and collected some problems running part of today’s equipment,key equipment modeling,optimization and analysis of clear target.(2)Using the model of ABAQUS/CAE 6.13-Explicit module on different rolling machine top corner and edge edge bone bone radius,motion simulation of the bottom of the tea leaves,for dynamic finite element analysis simulation.The analysis conclusion is,bottom of the rolling disc due to the top edge of bone tea radius increases by rolling force increases,due to increased bone radius and edge rolling force is also increased,this conclusion to improve the design of tea rolling machine equipment manufacturing has important significance.(3)From the rolling machine in the actual production process problems of circular poly agencies with reference to application of Japanese tea tea line equipment,based on the original technical conditions,changing the shape and structure of the auxiliary handling device is arranged on the bottom of the brush,which is optimized for tea poly with arc guide mechanism.(4)Adams 2013 simulation software is used to simulate the mechanism of the tea auxiliary mechanism,and the feasibility of the improved mechanism is verified by analyzing the movement state of the simulation and the displacement curve of the circular Tea Gathering device.(5)Using ABAQUS,the modal analysis of the frying pan and the frying plate is carried out,and the vibration modes and natural frequencies are obtained.Through the comparison of the natural frequency and vibration mode of the structure before and after the optimization of the structure of the frying pan,it is found that the natural frequency of the frying pan is much higher than that of the frying plate.
